What goes in to producing your wedding video?
(1) Proper planning prevents poor performance: Prompt and easy communication is key to producing a professional wedding video. From the moment you first call or email us, until the night before your wedding, we keep an open line of communication. We work diligently with you and your vendors to ensure every aspect of our production goes smoothly and to your specifications.
(2) Getting ready and other pre-ceremony events: Our background is in documentary storytelling, so we love to work with you to create something unique and personalized. We are open to all kinds of creative ideas, like interviews, love stories, messages, family advice, etc. We want to be as unobtrusive as possible, capturing cherished moments as they unfold naturally.
(3) Ceremony: We capture the ceremony with two professional high-definition cameras. We use two lavalier microphones for beautiful sound, even on a windy beach. We also film clips of your photo shoot and certificate signing to include in your highlight video. Again, we are as unobtrusive as possible.
(4) Reception: We cover planned reception events (toasts, dances, performances, etc), plus interviews, video messages, or any other creative ideas.
Post Production
In a way, filming your wedding day is only just the beginning. For a full day of shooting, we invest at least 24 hours of work editing and creating your discs. Our entire production is streamlined and proudly completed in-house. We do not subcontract to other companies for filming, editing, or disc production. We are directly involved in each project from beginning to end.
