Q: When should I expect to see my video?
A: Officially, your video will arrive at your doorstep within 8-12 weeks.  However, it’s not uncommon for it to be done within 4 weeks.  We try not to keep you waiting – we know how fun it is to look back on your day.  

Q: What's the real difference between one and two camera packages?
A: We are asked this question quite often, but the answer is very simple: it is difficult to properly document a wedding with one camera.  Shooting a live event can be challenging, and having two cameras ensures precious moments aren't missed.

Q: What type of video equipment will you use?
A:  All of our camcorders are HD and record in 1080. We use wireless microphones during the ceremony to capture brilliant sound, even near ocean winds.  Our camcorders utilize the latest technology for that cinematic look.

Q: So, do we get a DVD or a Blu-ray disc?  How many copies?
A:  Our packages offer 4 copies of your professionally edited wedding, whether you choose DVD or Blu-ray.  You may request more discs if needed.  We highly recommend Blu-ray because of the vast difference in quality.  You can purchase additional copies for $15.

Q: What happens to the raw footage?
A: We keep raw footage for a minimum of three months. If you would like to keep the raw footage, we can put in on to a usb drive.  This service is $75.  

Q: What is your payment and cancellation policy?
A: To book our services, we require a 30% non-refundable deposit.  The remaining balance is due at least two weeks prior to your wedding. If your date changes, call us immediately and we will do our best to help.  We accept cash or check, as well as Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX.
